Join us for an extraordinary evening at the Scottsdale Harkins Theaters for a private screening of 'Personal Gold; An Underdog Story (2015)' a behind-the-scenes look into how four underdog women cyclists become America's hope for a medal at the 2012 London Olympics after the men's team is banned during the Lance Armstrong drug scandal.
Event Special Guests: Missy Marie Erickson, Nate Koch, and Lewis Elliot.
Following the special private screening stay for a Q&A with Filmmakers and special guests including 2014 Women’s Sprint and Keirin National Champion Missy Erickson, 2013 Team Sprint National Champion Nate Koch, and former U.S. National Team Cyclist and Pro Triathlete Lewis Elliot. Following the film and Q&A attendees will move next door to celebrate at CAFEPINO. Tickets are $25/person with all proceeds supporting the Foundation for American Track Cycling grant fund. Event sponsor Bob Francis, Founder of the Foundation for American Track Cycling, will also announce a special initiative for underfunded U.S. Olympic hopeful cyclists.
